Philip Reid, CEO

With over 17 years of relevant experience developing new business and lead generation campaigns for some of the leading B2B companies, to describe Phil Reid as a connoisseur of business development best practices is an understatement.

Phil is the CEO of Answer where he oversees new business campaigns for national and mid-sized B2B companies. In this role, Phil ensures the consistent achievement of client new business goals for several business development teams while implementing and evaluating metric conversion points throughout the sales funnel.

Prior to becoming the CEO of Answer, Phil was the Client Operations Director at Catapult New Business where he managed multiple sales teams and clients. Prior to Catapult, Phil owned and managed a direct marketing agency, Bare Naked Marketing, that delivered direct response solutions to mid-sized B2B and B2C companies throughout the Southeast, and prior to that was the Marketing and Sales Director for North and South America for Telesoft Technologies, a UK based technology group.

 

MaryAnn Wilson, Marketing Manager

MaryAnn is a resourceful, award-winning marketing communications professional with experience developing, implementing and managing B2B and online and offline communications programs.

MaryAnn combines a results-focused approach with exceptional project management skills to achieve company goals and objectives in multiple specialties, including creating and implementing strategic communications plans, writing, editing and refining print and electronic newsletters, journal articles, white papers, ad copy, presentations, web content management, strategy, event management, lead generation and follow-up promotions and media relations, crisis communications and competitive intelligence.

 

Scott Forester, Director New Business Development

Scott Forester brings twenty-plus years of business development and marketing leadership to the role of Business Development Director at Answer. He has successfully managed marketing and advertising campaigns for corporations such as BellSouth and implemented successful business development programs for companies in the IT, Telecom and software Industries.

Scott believes that a company's success lies within its abilities to set mutual goals with the client and then execute not only meet those goals, but to exceed client expectations.

Scott is a graduate of Auburn University and enjoys film, cooking and college football Saturdays in the South.

 

Bill Rochfort, Sr. Account Manager

Bill Rochfort has over 25 years’ experience that includes executive leadership roles building and growing top-end sales and technical support organizations in network services, data center cloud solutions, SaaS applications, outsourced business services, and professional services. Bill has worked in both start-up enterprises and Fortune 500 environments successfully driving market share, brand recognition, and revenue acquisition. Proven management experience with responsibilities for $200m+ in annual revenue across Direct, Indirect(Channel Partners), and Governmental sectors.

Bill has extensive experience in developing and managing National Account prospects through strategic account management processes and new technology product development.

Gayle has provided marketing and communications strategy and services for a broad range of global to early stage technology solutions providers. Her marketing expertise delivers spot-on branding and positioning as well as creative marketing strategies utilizing smart website content, social media, public relations, collateral, lead generation, trade show activities, and analyst relations.

 

Dave Weldon, Sr. Account Manager

Dave Weldon is a seasoned business development, management, and business analysis professional with 20+ years of experience. Dave has extensive experience selling telecommunications voice & data products, leasing and RF engineering services to major equipment manufacturers and wireless operators as well a variety of other technology products and services including RFID & IT services.

Dave has also managed sales departments at large technology companies and sold products and services – this diversity of background and perspective allows him to understand both the sales and the business operations side of the equation when dealing with managers and executives.
