Few Examples of Client Success

Below are two recent examples of effective new business campaigns we implemented for two of our clients; Taleo and Neurotic Media.

Objective: Taleo wanted to identify Director level and above human resources leads at enterprises with greater than 5,000 employees.

Solution: The campaign we created and executed consisted of a stand-alone landing page that offered HR professionals the option of two white papers addressing their industry as a way to create interest, capture their information and determine what issues they were facing.

To accomplish this task, Answer created a database of 5,000 qualified suspects that met the criteria determined by Taleo. Each information on each person in the database included first and last name, title, company, direct dial phone number and email addresses.

Answer then created and delivered multiple, sequenced email message to each qualified suspect that directed them to the landing page where they could receive a white paper of their choice after completing a brief information request (this request included name, title, company, email & phone).

When a user clicked the "submit" button on the landing page, their contact information was sent directly to Answer where it is verified and cleansed (removing and/or verifying any recipients who submitted @gmail type addresses). We then took each white paper recipient and those who opened the email and visited the landing page and called each to ask several qualifying questions to determine what qualifies prospects are leads.

Depending on the answers to the qualifying questions the recipients were either submitted as leads and were distributed to the Taleo sales staff or added to a nurturing database.

Result: In the first 60-days we generated 19 sales ready leads and over the following six months averaged 10 leads per month.

Objective: Neurotic Media creates customized services for marketers and brands that need an affordable digital music distribution solution - one that protects a brand's interests and consumer data while providing measurable results.

Traditionally, new business came from advertising and promotional agency partners with little new business coming directly from brands. Neurotic Media hired Answer with two clear objectives; increase awareness among additional advertising and promotions agencies while simultaneously creating net-new opportunities to work directly with brands.

Solution: Answer's completely turn-key solution was to first create a database of qualified suspects that was segmented into agencies and brands and into further industry specific categories and titles. Each category had a specific and relevant message that spoke to individuals in the appropriate target category.

Once the messaging was organized and applied to the relevant segments of the database, Answer delivered multiple, sequenced email messages that spoke directly to the issues and potential objectives of the recipients along with a call to action. Each week as new groups of emails were delivered the Account Manager would monitor and score each recipients interaction with the email and begin calling the contacts with the highest score first. Once conversations occurred, the Account Manager would ask opened-ended qualifying questions that would either signal the qualified suspect needed further nurturing or was ready to be converted to a sales-ready lead.

Result: In the first six weeks alone, Answer identified 25 new opportunities with brands and several additional advertising and promotions partners.
